We are also certified as Healthier Dining Partners by the Health Promotion Board, so you will always have an option that is lower in calories, incorporates wholegrains, and uses healthier cooking oils.

At every point in the value and supply chain, we seek responsible partners and adopt global best practices for food sourcing and recycling. For large scale buffet catering, high tea receptions, bento meals, live stations and more, look no further than us.

With the motto “Simply. Delectable. Always”, we are an exclusive, sophisticated, Halal-Certified caterer offering hip and healthy western buffets, hand-crafted canapes, premium bentos and more. Recognising and celebrating Singapore’s fast-growing Silver Generation, we are also a market leader in elder care catering.

A new, modern Halal-Certified central kitchen concept focused on healthy ala carte catering and food manufacturing. We process, pack and distribute meals for other catering brands, utilising cutting-edge industrial grade equipment such as blast freezers, auto cookers and auto vegetable cutters.

A one-stop provider for cafeteria management and institutional catering, leveraging over 30 years experience managing 30 cafeterias. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including full-scale F&B consulting, cafeteria & staff management, procurement & upkeep, kitchen certification, on-/off-site support from our Halal-Certified catering brands, and even exciting daily menus and special cuisines.

Concept

Frux Earth Pte Ltd is a joint venture between Kitchen Haus Group & Metro Farm, bringing 2 established firms together to realise the Farm-to-Table concept. We are Singapore’s only commercial Aquaponics Urban Farming company, utilising fish waste and our patent-pending bacteria to produce a sustainable ecosystem of green crops and fresh water fishes.

With our farms covering more than 60,000 sqft of roof top land by end of 2021, we are assisting Singapore to achieve it’s 30 by 30 vision (30% local produce by 2030). A locally produced crops and fishes also reduces our carbon footprint, eliminating long distance transportation and also increases our nation’s food security.

A virtual brand with a cloud kitchen concept, serving Ready-To-Eat and Ready-To-Cook meals for corporate customers across diverse cuisines and dietary needs. We’ve launched authentic and delicious Ready-To-Eat Indian meals and are researching and developing meals for the elder care market.

A cozy French-founded neighbourhood bistro with a decade of experience serving fine authentic French cuisine, including succulent duck confit, decadent pan-fried foie gras and melt-in-the-mouth crème brulee.

A delightful bakery that whips up decadent customised cakes and bespoke pastries, using premium ingredients to evoke that home-made taste for special occasions like Baby’s First Month, Weddings, Birthdays and Corporate Events.
